Mrs. Lucille Wilson West, age 76, of Union City, GA passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2017. She is survived by hermother, Mildred Foster of Union City; cousins, Hank Harbin of East Point and Rebecca and Joe Berry of Clayton County. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 4 o’clock at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Those wishing may sign the online register book at www.parrottfuneralhome.com.
