Judith D. “Judi” Kemp, mother, grandmother, friend, and colleague, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2026, at the age of 82.

Judi began her aviation career with Southern Airways in 1965, embarking on a professional journey that spanned decades. Through the years, she served in a variety of positions as the airline evolved through several mergers, ultimately becoming part of Delta Air Lines. Her dedication, professionalism, and warm spirit earned the respect and friendship of countless coworkers throughout her career and retired from Delta Air Lines.

Never one to slow down, Judi began a second career in the legal field following her retirement from the airline industry. She worked in that profession until April 2026, bringing the same commitment that had defined her entire working life.

Judi will be remembered not only for her strong work ethic but also for her unwavering devotion to those she loved. She touched the lives of many through her compassion, sense of humor, and enduring friendships.

She leaves behind a legacy cherished memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. No services are scheduled at this time.
