Jesse Murray
December 10, 1932 ~ February 11, 2024

Jesse L. Murray of Shalimar, Florida, went to be with the Lord on February 11, 2024.  He was born on December 10, 1932, in West Virginia.  Jess attended Clemson University and was a member of the U.S. Army.  He then pursued a very successful career as an airline executive where he was admired and loved by all who knew him.  Everyone who knew him couldn’t forget his smile or his love of golf and travel.  He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 37 years; and his son, Jay.  He is survived by his children, Kellie (Daryl) Slaughter and Casey (Staci) Murray; his two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, and his partner of 27 years, Camille Webster. 

The family will be announcing a Celebration of Life in the future.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.  Expressions of love and sympathy can be placed and viewed at
