Folks of Southern Airways, we have lost another good trooper. Ernest "Major" Perkins died Sunday of a long bout with cancer. Station Manager in Greenville, Miss 1974 until
moving to Atlanta to work in the Airfreight Office until he retried. Major will truly be missed. Survived by wife Sandra, sons Jeff and Ernie, Daughters Susan, Emily and a host of grandchildren.
