Obituary​

Elijah Preston Fields III, 54, of Collierville, TN, passed away on January 9, 2015 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Preston was a pilot for Delta Air Lines. Aviation was his lifelong passion. He was a loving, devoted, and proud father. He is survived by his two children, Taylor L. Fields and Caroline E. Fields (both of Collierville, TN); his sister, Angela “Dusty” Fields, his nephew Jonathon Reeves, and his niece, Kimberly Reeves all of Marietta, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Preston and Brunelle Fields. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, January 13 from 4-6 p.m. at Faith Presbyterian Church, 8816 Poplar Pike in Germantown, TN with a Memorial Service to be held in Boston, GA at Boston Baptist Church, 143 South Main Street 6:30 p.m. Friday, January 16.
