Brenda Goodman Skibinski
June 8, 1950 – April 4, 2018

Our loving wife, stepmother, nana, sister, aunt and friend, Brenda Goodman Skibinski, entered into eternal peace on April 4, 2018 at her home in Stockbridge, Georgia. She was born in Fayetteville, GA on June 8, 1950 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Othel Goodman. She was preceded in death by her sister, Opal Goodman. Brenda is survived by the love of her life, Wayne Skibinski of Stockbridge, GA; her sisters, Margaret Leverett of Nashville, TN and Sandra (Fred) Addison of Fayetteville, GA; her stepchildren, Kris (Patrick) Moomaw and Stephen Skibinski; her granddaughters, Marissa and Makenna Moomaw of St. Petersburg, FL; her brother-in-law Ronald Skibinski of Fort Myers, FL; her nephew Steve (Rose) Leverett of Stockton, GA; her nieces Ivy (Brandon) Jenkins of Nashville, TN, Laurie (Robert) Townsend of Fayetteville, GA, Lisa (Jeff) Anderson of Virginia Beach, VA, and Kathy (David) Morrison of Senoia, GA; and several great-nephews and nieces.

Brenda worked for 30 years as an executive assistant for Southern A & E.

It is with heavy hearts that our family mourns her passing and celebrates her life. Visitation with the family will be at Mowell Funeral Home in Fayetteville from 6:00 to 8:00pm on Saturday, April 7, 2018, and funeral services will be held at Mowell Funeral Home on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 2:00pm.​​​
